How long have you been in business?
Since 1998
What is your primary product or service?
BBQ is our specialty but we are getting increasingly popular at weddings with our hawaiian chicken breasts and prime rib
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have always loved to cook for crowds, we came from a long line of Southern cooks! When I was injured and could no longer continue in my construction career and needed another one, I decided to start catering. Jaguar fans were some of my first customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves in offering great food at a better value.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only cater, but we have several cooking units and crews that may travel to different venues on the same dates
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we only accept cash and checks. We are working to accept Pay Pal and credit cards in the near future.
Which areas do you service?
We have done events from Okeechobee, Florida to Tifton, Georgia and everywhere in between
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is a family owned business, though we are incorporated, my wife and I are the only officers and shareholders.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are your hours, we cater to your event.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
