I've have owned and operated the local Jacksonville ActionCOACH office for almost 4 years
What is your primary product or service?
I work with small and medium size business owners to increase their profits, create and recruit motivated team members, and develop systems to get their businesses working without them.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in sales, advertising, marketing, and marketing research. Over the years, I discovered the keys that differentiated my successful clients to those that were struggling.
It was focus, clarity, & goals.
I became a business coach to help business owners re-gain their clarity and focus that they started their business with through planning, goal setting, and accountability.
My goal is to help business owners achieve the goals of why they got started in their business in the first place.
